These are our rules. So please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your order & agreeing. As you will be bound to our terms and conditions stated below.

We accept Visa, Delta/Connect, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, or PayPal. If you have paid on your credit card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will let you know by email to confirm the dispatch of your goods. If you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not despatched will be refunded to the original method of payment.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product being delivered. All sizes and measurements are approximate. However we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions. Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items or if you don't mind waiting we will send you the product as soon as it comes back in stock.
Goods can only be returned by arrangement You may return items within 7 days for a full refund minus any shipping costs. Faulty items must be reported to us immediately. The refund will be processed once your goods are received back into our hands. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. You will be refunded on to the card/account that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact us with your order number, postcode and new card details. We will ship orders to the address provided by the customer on the date stated. We will provide the customer with the tracking number on request. Our obligation finishes there. Any items not delivered are subject to a £15.00 return fee. This is charged by the courier company and not by us and will be passed on to the customer.
If you take up on customising the garment we will not give any refunds for the product. To clarify, if you change the colours or style of the garment from that which is displayed in the picture, the purchase is non-refundable. We will not accept any items that have been decorated or altered under any circumstances. You can call us between 9am and 5pm (Monday to Friday) UK time.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order. So please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: The product ordered being unavailable from stock. Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment. The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Uk Distance Selling Regulations.
We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We can not be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any subsequent losses incurred once they have left our premises.
We welcome orders from most overseas addresses. Please contact us first for transportation costs, as prices for overseas postage vary. Any payment will have to clear before anything is posted. Local import duties may be payable to the relevant authorities before delivery can be made. You, as the buyer, are responsible for paying any such duties and they are not included in the delivery charge.
In accordance with international copyright law, copyright of all images displayed and sold on this web site remains the property of TAPT and tapt.co.uk. No copying of the images in any form, for any purpose, private or commercial is allowed without the express written permission of TAPT.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and subsequent acts and amendments).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: 1. To process any orders. 2. To provide you with the best possible service.
We may e-mail you from time-to-time to give you news on our activities, unless you request that we do not do so, in which case we will only e-mail you in response to questions from you.
We will not pass your personal details to others without your consent.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: · your name · address · phone numbers · email address · credit/debit card details (in accordance with current regulations); these data are NOT retained by us once a transaction has been completed.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your written consent. We will endeavour to ensure that any information we do hold is accurate and kept up-to-date, although we rely upon you to notify us of any changes. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing or calling us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
